WIC is located at 123 E. 3rd St. in Ottumwa. The WIC program
is a nutrition program for pregnant, postpartum, breastfeeding women,
infants and children (five years of age or younger). The program
provides supplemental food through a voucher system, nutritional education
and referral for appropriate health care. Eligibility is determined by
qualified nutritionist based on a criteria such as status, income and
